Contact ASMRAF

Tell us what you need help with. South Africa is our first planned launch country.

Email ASMRAF

Use info@asmraf.org for enquiries. Include your MUCC code if you have one, but do not email identity documents or confidential case files.

Phone, WhatsApp and the conversational assistant are still being set up. The support mailbox and response arrangements must be tested before launch; we do not promise round-the-clock human replies.

Make a complaint

You can raise a concern about mine conditions, staff conduct or a verification decision. Send a short description and a safe way to reply. Ask for a secure route before sharing sensitive evidence.

The proposed procedure records a case reference, assigns an unconflicted reviewer and explains the next update. Staffing and response targets are still being finalised. Ordinary email is not anonymous; you may ask for your identity to be kept confidential.

Ask for a decision to be reviewed

Explain which decision you disagree with and why, and include any new evidence you can describe safely. The proposed appeal process uses a reviewer who was not responsible for the original decision.

The formal appeal rules and time limits have not yet been adopted. Contact ASMRAF promptly; do not assume that an appeal changes a mine status automatically.

Protect yourself from scams

No one can activate, speed up or upgrade your MUCC code for a fee. Miners never pay for ASMRAF registration or verification.

  • Never share your bank PIN, password or one-time login code.
  • An official ASMRAF WhatsApp number has not yet been published. Confirm unexpected contact through info@asmraf.org.
  • Check any visit arrangement and the assessor’s identity before allowing access to your mine.
  • If minerals or samples are handed over, obtain a written record of who took them, what was taken and when.
  • For immediate danger, use appropriate local emergency services. This inbox is not an emergency service.
